Hi, I’m Jen!
I help people ignite their dreams and thrive with joy, vitality and spirit-aligned purpose.
I join with my clients as a partner and guide, grounded in a process called ‘shamaning’, which, in ancient Siberian, means to vibrate with high-level energy. I bring this into my work with you. When we ‘shaman’, we are able to see different possibilities and make better choices that move us forward toward our goals.
By helping my clients learn how to vibrate at a higher frequency, I empower them to awaken from the trance of their everyday lives and bring their deepest heart’s dreams into form.
In our sessions, I help clients track their true clarity and mission through high-level energy work, guided imagery, strategy sessions, and partnering with the Great Mystery... We discover what needs to go and what needs to be nurtured – so we can reshape their worlds from the inside out and transform their environment, relationships, and businesses to better reflect and support their passions and purpose.

About Jen
I was born highly sensitive to energy. I could sense and feel things that others around me could not – and that often left me feeling isolated, different, and alone. The good news is, that sense of separation made it easier for me to step off the conveyor belt of “normal life” and pursue a more magical and meaningful existence.
The endless drive to “make a buck” and struggle in the world never made any make sense to me, which is why I have dedicated my life to seeking out the teachers and experiences that could help me understand the deeper patterns of the universe and learn how to use the cosmic laws of reality to create an extraordinary, purpose-filled life.
My journey led me to study in the Theravadan Buddhism tradition under Thai forest monk Ajahn Jumnian. I have also trained in Qi Gong at the Institute for Internal Transformation, trained in Shamanism with Francis Rico, and studied Ayurveda, Human Design theory, and cosmologies and wisdom traditions from around the world.
I have also worn many professional hats over the years. I built websites during the early years of the Internet and lectured about the emergence of e-commerce way back in 1999, rode the rise and fall of the refinance boom of 2002 as a mortgage broker, got my real estate license and raised $5 million for land development projects in California.

For the past 12 years I have run my own consulting business doing what I love and collaborating with incredible people to help them discover the deeper patterns of their destiny. I have worked with clients from over 20 countries and welcome the opportunity to work with people from different cultures.
I know what it’s like to experience crisis and uncertainty, to go through life-changing events such as illness and bankruptcy and rise from the ashes to create a life with more joy, meaning, and fulfilment than anything you experienced before.
